PreventT2 Presents Pathways To Healthy Living
Program Format
PathWays To Healthy Living groups meet for a year, with classes broken up into 2 sessions. Session 1 will include groups meeting 1 time per week for the first 6 months, then 1-2 times per month for the second 6 months to maintain healthy lifestyle changes. During each session, monthly your lifestyle coach will teach a lesson and lead a group discussion.
For example, you will learn to:
• Eat healthy
• Understand and respond to your food cues
• Stay motivated
• Solve problems that prevent healthy
changes
• Add physical activity to your life
• Manage stress
• Stay on track when eating out

• CDC-approved curriculum
• Group support
• Year-long program - weekly for 6 months,
then 1-2 times a month
Your LifeStyle Coach
PreventT2 lifestyle coaches have the experience and training to help you reach your goals. Your lifestyle coach will help you:
• Learn the facts about healthy eating and
physical activity and explain how these
behaviors will help reduce your risk for
type 2 diabetes
• Set and meet your goals
• Build relationships with other
participants
• Work as a group to meet challenges

Let's Keep Moving!
Virtual Exercise Classes
Grab your water bottle, towel and mat and join us!
Participants who need a little motivation can join us for a fun healthy living exercise class. Classes will be hosted by guest fitness instructors or group participants and are modified to fit the needs of group participants.
(Participants must sign a waiver to participate)
NO Join The "NO SOGGY BUNS" Club
As a PathWays Participant you will have the opportunity to join our monthly Virtual cooking class / dinner party. Classes will be hosted by special guest Chefs, your LifeStyle Coach and by fellow group members.
No Soggy Buns Club participants will receive a special club apron, cutting board and monthly recipe cards so that you can cook along with the group. Sign Up Today!
